We aspire to hire certified staff and other employees who will maintain the promise of a STEM-focused school for students in kindergarten through grade eight.

We solicit personnel who will embody the concepts of creating high expectations for our students.  We will take a practitioner-oriented approach to teaching and learning as we “Develop Tomorrow’s Leaders Today.”

Much like engineers, scientists, and mathematicians, students at BPLA will be encouraged to inquire, design, create, and share their artifacts with each other, the community, and the world.
